We’ve pulled together a list of all the cool mountain bike activities for your groms this summer holidays!
Not surprisingly there is a ton of stuff organised down in the Snowies kicking off with the The Kids Summer Adventure Festival in Thredbo.
It combines all the best parts of outdoor recreation in the Snowy Mountains with a range of indoor activities to keep your kids occupied this summer. From treasure hunts, arts and crafts, rock-climbing, face painting and more, there is something for all ages. New this season is the addition of the Cruiser Mountain Bike area, the perfect spot for young riders and families to learn the basics of gravity mountain biking.
Thredbo is also running an MTB School Holiday Camp, which is a great way for kids to develop their gravity MTB skills in a fun, safe and controlled environment.
This is also an incredible opportunity to build those skills ahead of the Cannonball Festival & Auscycling National Champs in Feb and the Australian Mountain Biking All Schools in March.
